With a passion for helping people regain their lost mobility and independence, he has dedicated his career to creating safe and comfortable living spaces for people of all ages and abilities. When out of the office, David enjoys exercising and spending time with his three granddaughters.

Darian Bobby
Company Principal
Darian is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist. Under his leadership, Atlas has set the standard in providing exceptional home safety solutions, ensuring that individuals of all abilities can live safely and independently in their homes. Darian’s hobbies include being a soccer Dad to 3 girls and playing frisbee with his dog Koda.

Ela Pichan
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
With over 25 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Ela stands as a cornerstone of Atlas’s financial operations. Her expertise spans a wide range of accounting, consulting, and tax preparation services, making her an invaluable asset to the company’s financial well-being. Ela is a natural motivator, inspiring her team members to reach their full potential. For fun, Ela enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband and 2 grandbabies.

Amy Bobby
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Amy is a Licensed OT specializing in occupational therapy and occupational science. This knowledge allows her to provide a holistic approach to home safety assessments, identifying potential hazards and recommending appropriate solutions tailored to each individual’s needs. When away from work, Amy enjoys a love of sports as well as keeping in touch with friends.

Dave Ford
INSTALLATION MANAGER
Dave’s responsibilities extend beyond simply installing safety equipment; they encompass a deep understanding of the unique needs and concerns of our clients. His 12+ year background in the medical field has equipped him with understanding the challenges faced by older adults, particularly those related to mobility, balance, and home safety. Dave has become invaluable to Atlas. Dave doesn’t have much free time but when he does he loves working on all things mechanical, including cars.

OFFICE MANAGER
Amber has been an integral part of our team, excelling in various departments throughout her tenure of more than 6 years. With her exceptional organizational skills, she efficiently oversees the daily operations and procedures of our office. In her free time, Amber delights in various forms of artwork and loves to share stories about her dogs.

Phil is a recruitment advertising veteran with over 23 years of experience. He possesses an exceptional understanding of how to bridge the gap between our company and the communities we serve. Phil collaborates closely with department heads to identify and recruit top talent. After hours, you will find Phil spending time on a golf green or the ski slopes.

Dee has worked for Atlas for more than 4 years and has already worn many hats. She has a strong knack for reading and understanding people and is willing to listen to the needs of our customers. Dee is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her adult children whenever possible.
